In April 3, 2008, the company held the first auditor's seminar in 2008 in Beijing. The theme of this discussion was "how to improve the effectiveness of audit". The speaker was a national registered training lecturer and a senior auditor, teacher Ding Weimin, and a full-time auditor and some managers around Beijing participated in the seminar.

Mr. Ding has been working in the certification industry for many years, and has accumulated rich experience and skills in auditing. In this study, she reviewed the audit methods that she summed up with years of experience and discussed with the auditors. The key points of the study are mainly reflected in the following three aspects:

1. How to follow the process methodology, strengthen the depth of the audit, and improve the effectiveness of the audit: the audit team should fully identify the relevance between the terms and the terms, not to be reviewed in accordance with the provisions of the standard, because each clause has a close connection with some other terms and is proposed to trace these associations and to carry out the trial from multiple angles. Nuclear. The process approach can not only make full use of the audit time, but also ensure the depth of the audit, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the audit. It is obvious that the application of the audit method is very important in the field audit, and has mastered a good audit method, which can achieve twice the result with half the effort, but this is not an easy thing. It is necessary for the auditor to continue to study and realize it in practice.

2, with regard to the rationalization of the implementation of the QMS one or two stage audit and the reasonableness of the deletion of individual terms and the auditors, we have basically reached a consensus.

3, it is suggested that the audit team should conduct audit according to the actual level of the auditee, and use the easy and easy language as far as possible so that the auditee can understand the corresponding relationship between the standard and the actual work. Make the audit process more smoothly, but also improve the value-added audit.

At the seminar, the auditors were eager to speak and express their views. The discussion has been carried out in a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere. The auditors were satisfied with the teaching effect. Not only did they solve some problems in the practical work, they also broadened the audit ideas. Of course, the auditors also put forward some new suggestions on training contents and ways, and we will improve them in future training plans.
