KCB held the first working conference of the technical committee in Beijing in June 26, 2013. General manager Ge Kai, deputy general manager Ke Linping, Secretary General Miao Yu and 10 committee members attended the meeting.

The meeting was chaired by President Ke, and the conference adopted the revised "Technical Committee constitution" by the way of voting. By Ge general, the director of the technical committee was appointed by Vice President Ke Linping and issued a letter of appointment to the members of the Committee. The members of the conference covered the company management, the head of the branch and the four system auditors. The whole meeting focused on the issues of improving the quality of professional technology of the company. The members launched a heated discussion. The meeting passed 3 resolutions, and 5 plans for the next technical committee were made. Finally, GE and Ko expressed their expectations and wishes to the technical committee, believing that, with the efforts of the members, the company's ability to solve professional and technical problems will be improved more and the risk control of certification will be further improved.
