International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has officially issued the ISO45001:2018 standard on March 12,
2008. In order to ensure that Kaixin occupational health and safety management system certification conversion
work orderly and effectively, to ensure that company auditors and other certification personnel fully understand
and master the requirements of the new standard, Kaixin Company in 2018. From July 14 to 15, 2000, a training
meeting on the new version of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) was held.
Over 140 auditors and related managers of OHSMS participated in the training.

Yu Ji'an, a senior lecturer of Occupational Health and Safety Management System, was invited to teach the course.
The training covers the interpretation of the new version of the standards, the audit concerns and the audit case
analysis. In the process of training, the lecturer and auditor interact fully, which improves the auditor's ability and
overall auditing level.
After the meeting, the company leaders summarized the training, and required auditors to continuously improve 

their auditing ability and control the certification risk.

The auditor who participated in the training gave feedback to the training teacher in explaining the profession 

and was lively and interesting. Auditors better understand and grasp the gist of ISO45001 standards, improve the
ability to control the audit site, training achieved the desired results, the meeting was a complete success.
