According to the annual training plan, the company held the first phase of the 2016 auditor training in March 31, 2016. The newly promoted auditor and the promotion team leader were more than 20 people, and participated in the training.

 Before the start of training, the company leaders introduced the purpose and main contents of the training. The four teachers explained the self-discipline standard of CCAA voluntary certification personnel, the standard of credit management for certified personnel, the KCB auditor's manual, the CCAA registration standards and requirements, the audit implementation procedures and the analysis of the analysis of common problems. In particular, training for archival records found in the 2015 edition of standard audit and previous office reviews has been conducted to ensure continuous improvement. Before the end of the meeting, the questions of the auditors were answered by asking questions freely, so that the ability of auditors and the overall audit level were improved. After the meeting, the auditors who participated in the training benefited from the feedback, and better understood and mastered the requirements of the company's documents, so that the training achieved the desired results.
